My headphones have been broken for a long time, sticky, all the plastic parts are broken, urgently need parts for repair, and the headphone cable is also broken and aged.

We should have these back in stock around the 3rd week in October.

I wish this kit wasn’t needed, but it is as the parts are fragile and the soft touch finish turns sticky and gross. $30 beats a new headset.

Very difficult to install! Save yourself the frustration and, if you really want to keep them, send the headset back to Heil for repair. Right at the moment mine are a disaster as I tried to repair but failed.
I’m going to send my ProSet back to Heil andlet them deal with it. Don’t get me wrong, I love my ProSet Elites and I Heil products in general.
