If you send a package via UPS and get a tracking number for that package from UPS, you can track your shipment using the UPS web site at www.UPS.com.
Please print, and complete the Heil Repair Form, and ship with your product for service. No return authorization number is required when you complete and return this form with your product. If your product is still under warranty, please let us know in the Heil Hospital Form. Be certain to enclose a photocopy of your dated sales receipt. A copy of a dated sales receipt is required for all warranty repairs!

Acceptable payment methods
Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal check, and money order. (If paying by personal check, your order will be held until your check is cleared)
Estimates
If you would like an estimate prior to repair, please specifically request one on the Heil Service Form; be certain to include your daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will call or e-mail the quote following the inspection of the product. We charge $18.00 plus return shipping for all declined estimates.
You’ll receive your repair back
We ship via UPS Ground. Faster delivery methods are available upon request. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the party requesting the service work. Turnaround time for repairs is typically three to four working days plus shipping time. We will notify you via e-mail of your tracking number when the shipment is processed if you include your e-mail address.
